Plus discounted adoption fees
The Houston Humane Society (HHS) announces free dog training advice on Saturday, January 14th. The general public is invited out to Houston Humane Society to speak with professional dog trainers and get their training and behavior questions answered for FREE! January is National Train Your Dog Month. Houston Humane Society hopes to help owners combat behavioral problems before they get out of hand.
In addition to free training advice on January 14th, HHS will kick off discounted adoption fees to last through the end of the month. January 14th – 31st, all dogs will have a special adoption fee of just $75 (normally $95 – $125), and all cats have a special 2 for 1 adoption fee of $50 (normally $50 each).
All adoptions at the Houston Humane Society include spay/neuter surgery, microchip, routine vaccinations, general health exam, rabies vaccine, de-worming, heartworm test in dogs over 6 months and feline leukemia test in cats, and an adoption kit.
