By Altering Over 600 Male Cats at No Cost at the Annual Fix Felix For Free Event
Houston Humane Society neutered over 600 male cats for free today. A new record for this annual event! Cats are recovering, and owners will pick up between 4pm – 7pm tonight.
Houston Humane Society and local cat owners teamed up to help reduce unwanted litters. “It was all hands on deck at the Houston Humane Society’s Animal Wellness Center for this year’s Fix Felix for Free event,” said Monica Schmidt, of the Houston Humane Society. “We are excited to be able to exceed our original goal of 500 free cat neuters, and to once again help the Houston community cut down on pet overpopulation.”
